Bio: Abbey is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor in the Winston-Salem area. Abbey has been teaching yoga for nearly two years and practicing for nearly ten. She teaches rock climbers at FirstHand Climbing and a wide range of students at The Breathing Room. She also oversees The Breathing Room’s yoga teacher training program. Abbey strives to make all of her classes accessible to students of all ages, body types, and skill levels. Join Abbey on the mat if you’re looking for an energizing and rejuvenating class.
