Bio: Marion’s passion for yoga began after she took a hot series of yoga classes. The intense, meditative focus and attention in yoga brought her much-needed sense of peace at a challenging time in her life. The desire to deepen this practice led to her obtaining her RYT 200 in 2018. Marion now shares her passion for intense focus and attention through yoga (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) offering classic flow and specialty classes.
