Bio: Megan began practicing in 2012 to find physical strength after a back injury and quickly discovered the powerful benefits yoga has on the body, mind, and spirit. As a certified RYT-200 instructor with 8 years of teaching experience, she takes a playful approach to encourage students to show up for themselves and step out of their comfort zone in their journey to find peace. She also uses her background in psychology to create classes designed to help students cultivate mindfulness techniques to find personal growth both on and off their mats.
