For those who want a more in-depth Flow Fest experience. Discover your path to empowerment with an overnight immersion of yoga, meditation, breath, sound, grounding with nature and communing among the trees.

RESTORE BALANCE

This exclusive Flow Fest experience focuses on harmonic blueprints, which is designed to guide participants towards wholeness and true empowerment. Through energetic embodiment practices, participants will restore balance in their lives and have its benefits naturally extend to those around them.

PSYCHEDELIC YOGA & BREATHWORK

Combine yoga’s ancient wisdom with the transformative power of exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness. With each inhale and exhale, you will travel inward, discovering the vast landscapes of your mind, body, and spirit.

COMMUNAL DINING

Connect with other yogis at a communal dining table. The registration fee includes meals for dinner and breakfast — plus dessert.

CAMPING & S'MORES

Gather around the campfire for games and s’mores as you foster camaraderie, laughter, and connection. Then set up your tent or hammock for a night of sleeping under the stars near Ridge Pavilion.

Discover Your Path to Energetic Empowerment

By the end of the immersion, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of their energetic blueprints, a set of practices for maintaining balance and vitality, and the empowerment to positively impact their own lives and those around them. They will leave with a sense of wholeness and the tools to sustain their energetic health long-term.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

Monica and Kendall, founders of Ohm & MindHeart Creative, bring forth a wealth of wisdom from over 13 years dedicated to yoga, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. Their classes are sprinkled with wisdom teachings, raw life expression, and humor that reflect their life journey and passion for teaching.

“Our goal is to unveil a more profound, potential-centered yoga framework that delves into the core of our motivations and who we are,” they said. “Through engagement with the subconscious mind, we can discern the constraints imposed by life’s conditioning.”
