Bio: Ayşe (pronounced EYE-she) is a yoga teacher rooted in the Chakra Flow lineage and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. She teaches Vinyasa, Community and Adaptive Yoga, weaving the eight limbs of yoga and conscious breathwork into accessible, grounded and community-centered practices. Her classes emphasize breath awareness, nervous-system regulation and inner listening, using the breath as a bridge between movement, presence and mindfulness. Ayşe offers adaptive yoga experiences for the blind and visually impaired community and enjoys bringing yoga into a variety of community spaces, helping make the practice accessible to people from all walks of life. Outside of teaching, Ayşe enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, sharing good food and mocktails with friends, savoring a good oat-milk latte and spending time with her two cats.
