Bio: Colleen is an outdoor enthusiast and seasoned athlete with a background in triathlons, cycling, running, and skiing, who guides others to move with purpose and ease. She teaches at Charlotte Yoga, The Health Club, and Justice Fitness, helping students feel grounded, balanced, and stronger—both on and off the mat.
