Bio: Mark is a public school teacher with a focus on language and philosophy, and a graduate of the ChakraFlow YTT program at the U.S. National Whitewater Center (Fall 2024). As an avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys trail running, biking, kayaking, and camping, and frequently participates in races at the Center. His love for learning and the outdoors deeply informs his teaching and yoga practice, each enriching and grounding the other—something Mark is passionate about sharing with others.
