As the visionary founder of Chakra Flow University—and Director of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the U.S. National Whitewater Center—she has guided hundreds of students through deeply transformational trainings that weave together Tantra, Bhakti, sound healing, and the sacred art of living in alignment.
