Bio: Kat is a 200 RYT. She brings self-love and self-awareness to the forefront of her yoga practice and embodiment offerings. She uses awareness and nervous system support to rewrite self-defeating patterns and old defense mechanisms so you can connect with your most authentic you. Over her past 20+ years of teaching, laughter and creative thinking are some of Kat’s favorite ways to share and connect with others.
