Instructor: Michelle Petta
Bio: Michelle is a 500 RYT / 200 E-RYT based in the Charlotte, NC area and a LifePower Yoga Instructor at LifeTime Athletic Club. She also works in the financial technology industry, bringing a grounded, real-world perspective to her teaching. Her classes extend beyond yoga asana into immersive experiences that blend movement, breath, sound, voice, and community. From Yin and Yoga Nidra to outdoor Vinyasa, drum circles, and Bhakti chanting, she creates spaces for grounding, expression, and reconnection. Michelle’s intention is to support others in releasing stress, reconnecting with themselves, and accessing greater ease, presence, and joy in everyday life.
