Borinquen will provide unflavored kombucha that has completed its first round of fermentation. The beginning of class will go over the brewing and biological processes. Students will be able to flavor their kombucha with one of five juices while the instructor explains the processes that create carbonation during the second fermentation. Registration includes all materials and ingredients required. Each participant will receive a 16-ounce bottle of kombucha that has begun its second fermentation.
