SUP Yoga

Experience the Catawba River while participating in a yoga practice on stand-up paddle boards.

Aerial Fitness
Time: 10:30 am
Discover the fundamentals of aerial fitness with AerialCLT. This beginner-friendly experience is designed to introduce you to movement on silks, hammock, and lyra. With a progressive approach and no pull-ups required, you’ll learn how aerial fitness can build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive, empowering environment. Available for all skill levels.

Goat Yoga
Time: 10:30 am
Playful, friendly goats join this beginner-friendly yoga class. Experience a 30-minute session focused on grounded poses, allowing the goats to interact, climb and mingle with participants. After the yoga, enjoy a 15-minute play period to take photos and soak in the fun. It’s a lighthearted, accessible session designed for yogis of all levels to relax, laugh and enjoy the joyful energy animals bring to the mat.

Brew Your Own Kombucha
Time: 12:00 pm
Borinquen Kombucha will provide unflavored kombucha that has completed its first round of fermentation. The beginning of class will go over the brewing and biological processes. Students will be able to flavor their kombucha with one of five juices while the instructor explains the processes that create carbonation during the second fermentation. Registration includes all materials and ingredients required. Each participant will receive a 16-ounce bottle of kombucha that has begun its second fermentation.

Intuitive Body Work
Time: 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm
An approach that assesses the body from head to foot. Bodywork addresses the root of having a pain free life, regaining range of motion, and a better quality of life. Specialty modalities of Thai Massage, Fascial Unwinding, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Lomi Lomi, Wonder Method, and Reiki are some of the methodologies used in this unique practice. Experience a short session of what it feels like to trust the healing process.
These sessions are 20 minutes, individualized, at a first come first serve basis. Spots are limited and fill up quickly. Sign-up sheet is available the day of Flow Fest at location listed.

Candle Making
Time: 3:00 pm
Learn about the science of candle making and create a unique 11-ounce candle that will burn for about 55 hours. Choose your own scent and pick out stickers to decorate your vessel. This class has a limited capacity and requires registration in advance.

Tea Blending Workshop
Time: 4:00 pm
Experience the art of tea blending in a serene, guided workshop where you’ll explore 12 unique herbs for focus, relaxation, and digestion. Create your own personalized blend, enjoy a grazing board, and leave with a 2oz canister of tea, sachets, and honey.

Glow Flow
Time: 8:00 pm
As the sun sets, immerse yourself in a unique experience with black lights, silent disco headphones and a DJ. Surrounded by the magical embrace of the woods, this final class of the day will guide you through a luminous journey of movement and breath.

Balanced Brunch

Time: 9:30 am
Begin your day with an in-depth yoga experience, followed by a specially catered brunch. Participate in unique yoga interpretations ranging from workshops to immersive flows, followed by brunch with a mimosa.
