Bio: Eliza graduated from Chakra Flow University in 2024, and has been teaching yoga for 2 years in Charlotte. She is passionate about teaching beginner-friendly yoga classes that allow students to learn about all limbs of yoga and deeply connect with themselves and others. She is the co-founder of Gemini Yoga, a Charlotte-based mobile yoga studio that hosts beginner-friendly and all-level yoga classes in local businesses and community spaces in Charlotte.
