Bio: As a therapist and teacher, Ashley has worked for over 15 years to help women and men alike break out of the binds of disordered eating and beliefs about what a body should look like to get back into their bodies. Yoga offers practices to help us practice embodiment, to heal after trauma, to change the relationships that have challenged so many of us, our relationship to food, our relationship with self, she says. Through her work in the therapy room, on her retreats, within her Podcast (In Our Skin) and through workshops like these, Ashley aims to help us all to reconnect with our bodies, to reconnect with ourselves (and to have a little fun in the process).
