Bio: Shona Baldoni is an experienced Yoga Instructor and Energy Medicine Practitioner in Charlotte, NC. She is Life Power Yoga teacher training faculty and co-founder of Twist Kids Yoga. Since completing her first yoga training, Shona has been curious about energy and how to work more directly with it on her mat. That path led her to train and study with Anodea Judith and Lauren Walker (Energy Medicine Yoga) and eventually brought her to the world of Eden Energy Medicine.
