Bio: Michelle Ostrovskis is a yoga and Pilates teacher at Radiance Yoga in Greensboro, NC. She started her practice 7 years ago in Charlotte, where the Whitewater Center became one of her favorite places to practice. When she is not teaching, she manages a bridal store.
