Instructor: Katie Rose
Bio: Katie has been a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor since 2019, has worked in the Mental and Behavioral Health field for over 4 years, and studied with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2018. Since then, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, including women of all ages, youth and teenagers, in group settings and one-on-one, with the goal of inspiring one thing: that change begins within, within you. She has taught daily uplifting Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative yoga classes, led creative workshops to encourage inner reflection, and facilitated women’s group healing circles to foster and nourish deep connection from the inside out. Along the way, she incorporated her passions for self-expression, healing arts, and mental health into her yoga classes in order to raise awareness through community workshops and events combining both yoga and the arts.
