Bio: Katie Sutton and Josh Vogt of Zen Within Academy are a husband and wife sound healing duo from Charlotte, NC with over 12 years of experience in the sound and vibrational healing space.  They combine meditation with sound and energy healing to support participants in finding their own Zen Within. They also founded Zen Within Academy, an online and in person community supporting awakening souls through retreats, one on one sessions, online classes and sound healing workshops.
